Chicken feet are lovely. Those who haven't tried because its 'gross' should try the dish in most chinese restaurants where the bone is taken out. It's served as an appetiser. If so, it's the Thai style version of chicken feet served in most Chinese restaurants that do 'Dim Sum'.
Out of the list, I'd probably try sheep’s head. My stomach is too weak for anything else.. live maggots.. WTF![/QUOTE]
Yep that's the one. :p
I tried googling chicken feet but you just get the cold white ones, or the hot brown ones. Again, I don't know the names in english.. :D
Didn't see maggots on the list but I've ate one whilst fishing!
A traditional Christmas dish, Smalahove is made by boiling a salted lamb’s head (minus the wool and brains, thankfully) for around three hours. Etiquette dictates that the ears and eyes are eaten first, while they are still warm, before the rest of the head is consumed, from front to back. The tongue and eye muscles are considered the prime cuts.
Id probably eat 8 or 9 of them.
