EA/DICE did not fix any problem yet, all they did is they took away workaround of the problem, ie made it even worse :rolleyes:

I refuse to switch PB off on my server, thats why its empty for couple of days now

+1, Too many times now i join a squad, sneak in to enemy base to arm mcoms, waiting for my squad to spawn and they have all migrated doing their crappy sniper impression.
I armed b mcom on the first port valdez map, no less than three times in one round, not untill i put in the chat that all the snipers should mortar it when it's armed that they then did it on the third attempt.
Sick of the 40mm nades not going off, i know theres an arming distance but they just seem to dissapear sometimes under the ground

Really there needs to be an aiming distance on 40mm nades, as i'm sick of people tubing me at point blank range, as I'm putting a clip of bullets into their heads. If they hit me at medium range, then fair play its a good shot. But at small range, when thats all there killing me with is very annoying.

To be honest, we actually ran with punkbuster fully set to on (no pb fake-disable trick) for the majority of the time. There's def something else wrong with R9 too. I think it modified the filters on server refreshes client-side too?
 
Very much enjoying playing on the OcUK Server now... at first it was a bit too many Gustavs but i think it has calmed down a bit :) Trying to get some Stars on my M60 at the moment, i feel left out... xD

I only have 11 kills with the Gustav :o - don't even have all the unlocks for Engineer yet because of my liking to the SMG's :D

You are aware that if a 40mm grenade hasn't armed by the time it hits you it still kills you anyway? Which frankly needs removing, it shouldn't kill you outright.

40mm nades dont arm till 7-10ft (irl) but at 250 fps and half a kilo in weight i do think its fine that you die to them . I know its a game but i doubt you would survive irl if hit by one at close range .

Lol just dl the older one there been 2 procons since R9

had a torrid time on bc2, this flu is still killing me, I. Ant hit a cows **** with a banjo and the opposition team ( which included Gornall ) were very good. Epic battles but it's drained me, imhad to leave

**** reality. Theres enough lame 1 hit kill bull**** in this game without promoting it further by letting people walk around with tubes out all the time because its a guaranteed kill. They need an arming distance on RPGs too.

All of this + if you are running R8 with pb switch off you now show in both pb on and off lists, you can't loose, nor could you make this up, total farce tbh
