What are MPD (Mobilephonesdirect) like in terms of reliabilty and service? They have a really good deal, but I have heard some negative reviews. I know that there are quite a few on here that have ordered from them, so what is the general consensus?

I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy, appauling customer service, took 2 weeks to get a problem solved for me, and its something that should never of happened in the first place. The only time i could get through to the them on the phone was by using their sales line, customer support was impossible.

A few weeks ago I would have recommended them, but now, its a different story :p

Their customer service is really poor, they don't reply to their emails quick enough, and they're generally useless.

Woo really happy!

After requesting my PAC code I had a text saying someone will be ringing me in 48 hours, I explained I was moving to T-Mobile to a superior package and he said I can do that for you.

Deal is 18 months at £25 with 300 minutes, unlimited texts, internet and a free Desire.

Just have to wait now as they are awaiting stock, said it should be despatched on Thursday.

Phoned both but neither will back down. So i'm getting billed for a phone i dont have and a taffif i never even activated.

It was from Adam, think it might have been him from @VodafoneUKdeals on Twitter as that's where I requested my PAC from?

Very happy they finally decided I was a valued customer lol, as I get really good coverage with Vodafone and my family are with them so get free minutes to them as well.

Got the phone today, awesome bit of kit, feels so good in the hand. Just had it on charge all afternoon while I've been in class, now just setting it up, getting a few apps and what not.

First android phone, liking it a lot so far, the market place is much bigger than I thought it would be :D.
