I hate you all with the Desires, I returned 2 T-Mobile ones a week after it was released since I wanted it on O2....

Might go buy it contract free since the contracts on O2 will most likely suck :(

Well Google are working on integrating A2SD into an Android update so I hope we see it in Froyo which is due in May!

So what have you done with your Vodafone contract? Would love one of these but Vodafone still have me for 6 months officially (can upgrade in 4.5months online).
 
Just got the nexus one car dock and voice to text working :-) Voice to text is a lot better than I was expecting too

How did you get Google Earth on there? I searched the Market Place and its not there.
 
According to Dialaphone, I should order the handset on Orange and wait till I receive it.

Then call Orange with my PAC code and get them to change the number.

I guess this way, I can order the phone and wait until my O2 contract ends before using my PAC.
 
Is it possible to preinstall maps for Google Maps? I'd rather install them all at home through WiFi than when I'm on the go. I had a look but couldn't find anything.

Connect phone to pc and choose diskdrive from the Desire...then copy the apk file into your Desire...open with Astro file manager...click on install and it should work.

Thats how i done it and it works perfectly fine.
