To be honest, if i wasn't reading this thread i would have never even thought of it.

I will compare it to a co workers when he returns to work on monday

Now I got the Nexus Car Dock I decided to get a cheapo holder.

Got one of these for £4.99 FREE Delivery off the bay. Cheapest one I could find and it works just great :)

Il second this im happy with mine! Got it £3 with shipping from a UK seller :D

As the occasions i will use will be few and far between it felt like a waste spending much more.

Arrived next day too (:

I was too waiting for o2 to release this, but have ordered it on tmobile tonight. Would've gone for vodafone but I already have a vodafone in the form of my work phone, so wanted some redundancy. between a t-mobile and a vodafone I should be able to get signal everywhere!

The phone is able to power my HD555 quite nicely and sound quality isn't bad at all playing mp3 over the LAN!

Looks funny though!

After watching some scratch tests on glass screens like the Hero on youtube, why are people putting screen protectors on? The plastic protectors themselves get scratched when the glass screen wouldn't.

Highly resistant to metal. Only stones like diamonds or other crystal type rocks do any real damage.

If it looks naff I'll just throw it

I got one of these for my G1 and now using it with my Desire. It's flexible and does the job.

Also, I'm just wondering whether anyone elses Desire has overheated and shutdown immediately? I was using google navigation from Surrey to Cornwall and it got incredibly hot and shut down twice.

might be worth downloading the htc battery app and see what the health of the battery is.

Mine came in the post yesterday, allthough im still waiting for my new contract sim, so ive slung in my existing sim that my old contract uses (different provider) for now.

Here in Denmark mobile contracts are usually VERY expensive compared to the UK as they can only run for 6 months. Saying that, the phones generally come unlocked or you can unlock them after the first 6 months for free.

How does this sound compared to a UK contract :)

799DKK a month (£93)
unlimited data
unlimited calls to mobile & landline in DK
unlimited txt & sms
unlimited music downloads (6 million choons to choose from)

phone was 1DKK on a 6 month contract & go's down to 699DKK a month after the initial 6 months if you wish to stay with the phone, but I usually upgrade again then.

I seem to have a slight pinkness on the screen, but not to bad, i'll compare it with a mates when I get to work later & post a pic.

I love the speed of this thing compared to my Iphone 3G, the screens fantastic, the touch interface is every bit as good as the Iphone, web browsing seems a lot faster on it etc.

Anyone know how I can import all my contacts from my IPhone?
Anyone know how I can import my web bookmarks?

Cheers,
Matt.

Grrr, mine has a definite pink to it and that was fine. But seeing as how others have desires without the problem makes me want to change mine! Is it likely HTC have corrected the problem for newer handsets or is it just a luck of the draw...

If google would just update their apps to use websafe colours it wouldn't be nearly as noticeable to me!
