do not spray deep heat on the area. It hurts. quite a lot actually. im currently crawling up the walls.

Its ironic isnt it - people drink water when things are too hot which is scientifically prooven to make it worse for a time, they drink beer with curries which too has been proven to be as useful as eating glass whereas the answer to all these issues is MILK!.
