I reckon you actually did the dirty with him when he was staying with you. He's now trying to screw you over because you refused to go public with your relationship.

Basically, the college had to be seen to be doing something and because he didn't like the outcome, he's gone to the police.

I would seriously worry about him stalking you and making up even more fanciful stories and acts of revenge. He sounds like a right weirdo, a 40 year old who is trying to be like uni students? Has paedo written all over it to be honest.

hmmmmm, i reckon if you have plenty of gay, bi and transgender friends then your definitely gay.

ive only ever seen 2 transgender people in my life and both of them were mentally unstable. i think the first was homeless and the second would talk to themselves and twitch a lot and tried to take pictures of kids

My gaydar was really off because when asked by my wife if I thought they were gay I said definitely not.

lol - i think its an attention thing and a new fad.

at high school nobody was gay, now at uni theres at least 4 gay guys in my class and its a small class, i went to a flat party last year for halloween, the person's flatmate was gay and had invited some of his friends and the place was just full of them. gay guys generally dont have that many straight friends unless they are female. i think because people accept it more than they used to, more and more are turning gay every year. would be interesting to see in a census but i doubt they ask you this question. there was 1 gay club in the city now theres about 3 in the space of a few years.
 
Just tell the truth mate, don't try to be smart and make stuff up that you think will work in your favor. Just be honest.

Facebook users strike again... I just cannot get over how much drama that privacy infringing site musters up. You know people have been thrown out of university for stuff on Facebook and it's not even Facebooks fault, it's the users.

Obviously we don't have the full story here but you sound like you'll be alright mate, just be honest and (like you say) find out what rights you have to be able to defend against this before it becomes harassment to you.

You've almost certainly seen more than 2. I know transgender people who've gone in both directions, and wouldn't have known had they not told me. I even introduced one to a group of my friends a few years back, and nobody picked up on her not being "technically" a her - hell, one tried hitting on her most of the night. It's a lot more common than most people seem to realise, and they're not all mentalists by any means - one was the most rounded, intelligent and creative person I've ever known.
