They are all the same to be honest, all equally horrible and boring. I shop at Morrisons, but only because it's closest and as I don't drive I have to get a taxi home, plus I have a staff discount card as a friend works there

Can't believe the amount of negativity to ASDA on the forum. Always rated them better than any other supermarket.

Sainsbury's wins the best supermarket category imo![]()

Well those deals (if they still do them) i was hearing about at M&S, like 3 course and it was for 2, £5 or probably £10. They were fine. Food might be expensive there but at least its niceM&S is rubbish.
It's just full of over priced ready meals.
I shop at ASDA as it's the closest to me, though it's rather rubbish; but as is the closest Tesco. They stock food according to the area and prosperity and accordingly there is a greater choice in processed and pre grated cheese than there is proper cheese.
And I have to go to the other side of the city to get game
It's hard being a pretentious sod in the wrong area!

The last time I went in there every other person was wearing a filthy tracksuit or a pair of jogging bottoms and there was, and this is not a word of a lie, an announcement of the tannoy which said:
'This is a colleague announcement. Can we have a passion for service please, a passion for service. Thank you'.
I cringed.
Fox read it "I feel dirty just walking into an Asda. Most of the people that shop in my local must be related". Do you agree? If you do MoH means nothing. EDIT 1st time I've EVER said that.
ASDA is the best store around my area.
It's all area related.

Maybe what I should have said was my my local Asda in Hounslow. Rude staff, and the constant pushing and shoving drives me nuts. Your local Asda might be completely different. I'll stick to Sainsburys and Morrisons.
EDIT:
Agreed.
