They are all the same to be honest, all equally horrible and boring. I shop at Morrisons, but only because it's closest and as I don't drive I have to get a taxi home, plus I have a staff discount card as a friend works there :)

It won't take into account clubcard either I assume.

When converted into deals I've got nearly £200.00 in vouchers this quarter. Asda being slightly cheaper day to day isn't going to get anywhere close to that.

The Asda around here is Chav central, we tend to use Morrisons or Sainsbury's if we are feeling flush. The new M&S they are building is probably going to be quite impressive when completed, but that is a couple of years off.

Waitrose trumps all supermarkets tbh. Waitrose and M&S are where i'll shop if I can't make it to cricklade.
A little overpriced though, why I prefer the shops up cricklade, you definitely get what you pay for.

Asda always seems like a zoo when i go there. Stuff is all over the place its just a horrible experience! I prefer tesco or sainsburys lol
As said above, waitrose and m&s own all :D

M&S is rubbish.
It's just full of over priced ready meals.
I shop at ASDA as it's the closest to me, though it's rather rubbish; but as is the closest Tesco. They stock food according to the area and prosperity and accordingly there is a greater choice in processed and pre grated cheese than there is proper cheese.
And I have to go to the other side of the city to get game :(
It's hard being a pretentious sod in the wrong area!

Well those deals (if they still do them) i was hearing about at M&S, like 3 course and it was for 2, £5 or probably £10. They were fine. Food might be expensive there but at least its nice :)

I would gladly pay more not to shop in Asda, as I'm sure most people would.

The last time I went in there every other person was wearing a filthy tracksuit or a pair of jogging bottoms and there was, and this is not a word of a lie, an announcement of the tannoy which said:

'This is a colleague announcement. Can we have a passion for service please, a passion for service. Thank you'.

I cringed.

I feel dirty just walking into an Asda. Most of the people that shop in my local must be related.

I literally feel like being sick when I enter Waitrose.

I only shop in Harrod's Food Hall.

Not really, I get food from M&S but condemning ASDA as scum is a bit much.

Fox read it "I feel dirty just walking into an Asda. Most of the people that shop in my local must be related". Do you agree? If you do MoH means nothing. EDIT 1st time I've EVER said that.

Maybe what I should have said was my my local Asda in Hounslow. Rude staff, and the constant pushing and shoving drives me nuts. Your local Asda might be completely different. I'll stick to Sainsburys and Morrisons.

EDIT:
ASDA is the best store around my area.

It's all area related.

Agreed :).

Completely agree with this. In my old area the local tesco's was just shocking. Fortunatly there's a tesco's outside work and a nearby sainsbury's.

Haven't actually seen many ASDAs in london... but i remember back home after the walmart takeover there was a substantial drop in quality.

I use that Asda every time i go to Hounslow.....for 2hrs free parking when i buy something for a fiver which i was going to buy anyway. Much easier getting a parking place in there than the other car parks!!
