Baked beans, a small amount of butter, and a dash of vinegar. It was my staple post-gym quick-food for a while, yum.
 
Tuna:
Saladcream
White wine vinegar (although I will have to try Malt)
Salt
Lots of ground pepper

Optionial additions to the mix:
Sweetcorn
Onion
Spring Onion

Optional additions in the sandwich:
Cucumber

Accompaniments:
Salt & Vinegar Crisps

Omnomonmmonomnomonmnomnm.
 
a sandwich everyone should try is, corned beed, coleslaw and beetroot in multigrain bread :D with a sprinkle of black pepper...you can substitute the corned beef for cheese, gahhh so nice :p
