Hard Drive failing?

Not sure if my HDD is failing?

When I defragment under Auslogic, it pauses at the file and cannot move mouse for 1-2 sec until it resumes.

When booting windows similar thing happened, I think the HDD is failing?

Any programs to test?

edit: on raid, and also worth mentioning that few days ago it said Member Disk Error(0) in the ctrl+I Intel RAID management, just reset status everything fine until now.

Reinstalled OS on non-raid to access SMART.

Checked both drives and one of them has this:

Ultra DMA CRC Error Count: 1954
