Don't dismiss Labour

My life hasnt been so bad under Labour, though I do pay a lot of tax.

I like Gordon Brown, but I cant help but think the party would have been looking at a better result had it of been braver and replaced him. I have respect for the man, it seemed almost everyweek it was in the news that it was Browns last week, yet he stuck it out.

I cant help but think who ever you vote in power, in a few years time you will be begging for somebody else.Very few leaders are liked in their own time, especially at a time of hardship.

The reality is the complete opposite, he sold the family silver and knowingly borrowed far more than the country could realistically hope to pay back.

However, he does have a gorgeous smile.

Because he's backstabing, bullying, lying two-faced, devious nasty piece of work. Very few people last long in politics because they're nice honourable people usualy they last becaue they are complete oppoesite.

The Labour party have been the best thing ever to happen to this country in the last 13 years. They have managed to make themselves unelectable for a generation to come.

It's ignored. There's just one non-voting category - spoiled. It doesn't matter if you spoiled it because you're too stupid to use a ballot paper or because you were high or because you wrote an incisive dismissal of contempory politics on it or because you just wrote "None of the above" on it or if you wrote "Lalalalalalalalala" on it. There's no way I'd vote for a party that thinks it's a good idea to prevent people of the "wrong" sex from being elected to parliament. That kind of grotesque sexism was wrong a hundred years ago and it's wrong now.

The one and only possible scenario in which I'd vote Labour is if it was the only way to prevent the BNP winning, on the basis of Labour being the lesser of two evils in that hypothetical situation. Like having to choose between eating vomit or turds.

I admit I don't like labour and some of the decisions they have made over the years but I don't think all the blame should be put on them for everything this country has had major problems with. I also think for pro tory voters here to keep throwing down the same sentence of "Labour have screwed the country for the last 13 years." need to be reminded that while they were in power they caused their fair share of problems as well and aren't exactly perfect role models for this country regardless of how often they use the word 'change'.

If you can throw your mind back to the last time a Labour government ****ed our money up against a wall and got us into massive debt it was the Tories that got us out of the mess.

30 years later the Labour government have again ****ed our money up against a wall and put the country into massive debt.

I think they actually only have one... That "no party deserves my vote"...

Actually the bloke seems to have an 8 page PDF containing an actual manifesto, however I think he's just trading on the dissolusioned. It would be very funny however if he became out MP, although hopefully that would also prove the point..
