Those are 2 bedroom ones, we got the only 1 bedroom in phase 1, and the only one in phase 2 (which has no parking space) has gone for the same price.

The other phases will have more 1 beds in the future.

For me the dealbreaker would be no Rads, shame it looks nice otherwise.

My gf's sister also has a new build through them with electric rads.

New builds have to be well insulated these days, so the rads (coupled with my telly and pc) should be fine to hear the place.

We also have a MASSIVE boiler, never seen one so big before, haha!

are those storage heaters i see? if they are watch your electricity bill in the winter months as it comes very expensive

Especially the oven, I agree, we have electric hotplates thing! Gas all the way for me if I had the choice!
