Intel x25-M & x25-M G2

I thought a new version of the x-25 was released (G2) but cannot see this on the OCuk site..? Or is it that all of the drives are now G2..?

I'm starting to get tempted to make a purchase...
 
Just as a quick note, you can tell by the code:

SSDSA2MH080G2C1

The G2 shows it is 2nd generation and the C1 means it is OEM.

If the C1 was R5 it would be retail.
 
good to know as i want to invest in the 160gb. You can still buy the g1 version's and the site i found them on are nearly the same price as the g2's in most other sites lol

I wonder when intel will bring out the 320gb... Bet it will be damn expensive though.

That's unusual. Most of the major UK retailers stopped selling the G1 models nearly a year ago now. Must be some old stock...
