Is the Intel X25-V Value 40GB 2.5" SATA-II Solid State Hard Drive the best value hard drive for the price? I will be buying maybe tommorow and just wondering before i make the purchase.

I was tempted by this drive for my laptop but after reading a custom pc review I was seriously put off. I just saved for a week or 2 and got the 80GB Intel X25-M which just had a price drop on OCUK. Its a very good drive, worth the extra money for the better write speeds.

I think it ends on the day it started, so if it started tuesday it will end next tuesday, that's how it works I believe.

the 'this week only' runs from wednesday to wednesday normally changes about lunchtime.....ie this weeks was posted up at 12:15pm

This is going to be to upgrade my rig slightly. Nothing much else to upgrade after that, maybe a quieter power supply.

Hopefully it will last time wednesday. Birthday wednesday
