I've killed a bird! :(

It happens, look on the bright side, at least you didn't have to remove it (or bits of it) from the front grille.

Hahaha P_A_N_I_C!

That reminds me of when I took apart a car, pulled out the radiator and pealed a bird's wing and leg off it, the rest must have got destroyed by the fan.

In 2004 I was on a coach going to back my school. On the motorway a bird flew into the windscreen, making a massive thud, and the windscreen cracked. Poor bird :(

I remember a pigeon once woefully misjudging my speed and flying out in front of my car only to say "Hello thar" to my grille. All I saw was an explosion of feathers. Was surprised it bounced off rather than being wedged in the grille.

I still feel guilty about killing a crow when I was younger with my air rifle, it was a great shot and tbh I didn't expect to hit it as it was quite high up and required shooting ahead of the target so my pellet would connect, the crow fell out of the sky flapping it's wings beyond my gardens boundary, it didn't think much of it until about 10 mins later someone was banging on our front door, as I opened the door a women stood there with a plastic bag in her hand with the crow inside, she had a good rant and left the bag on the door matt, apparently it landed in her garden just beside her, all I could do was apologise, I haven't touched an air rifle since.

I wish I'd killed a particular bird...

Evil little git of a buzzard clawed my head twice (didn't realise it the first pass) as I was cycling along a country road through fields and rolling hills in Cornwall.

If it had come a bit lower the third time I'd have D-locked it. It's like having a thorn bush dragged across your head...

On another note, I saw a small bird cop it in front of me very randomly. Flew slap bang into a large window at full speed and plopped down dead.

I had a case of natural evolution occuring on my way to work a few weeks ago.

came round a short dual carriageway, ending in a straight upto a big roundabout. In the middle of the straight, in my lane, 2 pidgeons sat. As I got closer, 1 started flying away, off to the side. When I was really close, the other started flying just to get swatted by my bonnet. Darwin award for that bird! :D

My friend killed a bird at school ones. He found a stick on the field and threw it in the air and a seagull flew into it. Stupid thing.

OMG, you evil person killing a poor innocent birdey :( :( :( :( :(

I love birdeys I do, they are cute and fluffly and make nice sounds (except for crows) ....

:( :( :( :( :( ......

Now then, where did I just put my KFC??? Mmmmmmmm, yummy tasty chicken.

There's a bunch of birds at the top of Thornbarrow Road in Bowness that are constantly getting run over whilst in the road pecking at the remains of the last one of them to be creamed.

I'm not sure what they are, some sort of white dove. The Suicidal Cannibal Dove.

is it possible for the bird to hit the car grille and then into the air vents? That would be funny but in a horrid way lol

Not a nice thing to do tho, its happened to me many times before
