Mitsibushi GTO/GT3000 Twin Turbo

thats a typically accurate site for times etc. far from quick that thing

http://www.fastestlaps.com/carMitsubishi_3000_GT.html

later model even heavier, not quarter mile time

Several sites all mentioning quicker times. 0-60 in under 6 and 0-100 in under 14 is very definitely quick. Comparing it to a 2.0 Golf is laughable, frankly.

I've been in one of these, the acceleration from a standstill is pull your face off fast, its a quick car without a doubt Matt is clearly smoking the good stuff today :p

they cant be that fast. the only thing, that heavy, to have moved quickly were the twin towers in 2001

my recommendation plus my daliy work car :) (including roof ladders lol)

no road pressance though........untill people stop in the same service station and always ask what is that.

subaru legacy GTB 2.0 twin turbo 4 wheel drive.
280bhp as standard
easy to work on plus pretty bullet proof.
easily 30mpg

easy to upgrade mine has just gone over the 370bhp mark with an ecu swap to a Mines racing ecu off the jap ebay and a turbo swap to a vf26 & 28. which now allows me to up the turbo pressure without fears :)

you would pick up a good low mileage one for 2.2k.... spend the rest on a nice speed boat for the summer.

my local fishing tackle shop owner has a legacy b4, in black thats pretty sweet...

not sure why theres so much love for the supra over the 3000gt however, its not exactly light, tipping the scales well over 1500kg for the turbo..they do look pretty cool in white though,

No experience of em, but elmuzzy will tell ya there are a couple of 3000GT's in Gibraltar. Both are absolute sheds unfortunately :(
