How fast can the F3 samsung extract a 4.3gb file in winrar?

I only ask because a guy on another board is claiming his F3 can extract a 4.3 file in 38 seconds!

I suppose it could be possible, writing out 4.3Gb in 38s is only about 115MB/s. However the only way that would be possible would be if the rar/iso file is on a different drive to the extract location and it only contains a few very large files.
