Couldn't you have just serviced it yourself and kept the receipts as proof?
It's a £23,000 2008 BMW owned by the lease company, of course you can't!

You plank - WHY would you drive it knowing they had overfilled it
Are you sure you are right?
It's PCP and thus according to the DVLA is it not owned by Lucero?

Oh dear sounds messy. Almost seems like its better to run a car with relatively low oil compared to too much!!
Hope they sort it out for you, but looking at the list of things that can/probably will go wrong they will try everything to get out of it, no doubt also quizzing the ECU as to the log of events.
I agree though, Im never going back to a main dealer again, FSH or not. They are complete numpties and not only are they wrecking cars left right and centre mechanically but also destroying paintwork in the process (thats another story for another day) and charging for it too with insane prices.
OP: I generally refuse to let some complete tit with 2 F's in GCSE art and history to fix my car for £50 an hour.

Try ~£120 an hour

I then went to move the car so that the recovery vehicle could get in front of it easier which is when the revs ran high and then wouldn't start. So yes, in theory, I drove it, about 5 metres!
