try working in hospital on a ward with no air or air con, with a bloomin tunic on too think its cooler in a sauna

Sadly my dad is on one of those wards having contracted pneumonia in his lower left lung. As he is already a very unwell man, he has really got a fight on his hands

I underestimated the sun, got burnt . Bought some factor 20 about 3pm but it was too late!

I've had factor 50 on all the time I was in the sun (4 hours). I'm now a bright red colour and there's smoke coming off my arms

18year old house party at my neighbours (last night) they stopped and left at midnight at least)
needed window open for the heat.. Pc on all day, curtains down, windows open.. Room is still boiling it sucks and even worse to sleep in

atlest with the winter you can get warm easy... Not so easy to get cold in summer.
My fan doesn't do much - prob makes room worse ha

Looking at the BBC forcast its hotter here than it is in Spain . This is the problem, it goes from freezing cold to immensely hot too quick. Also the lack of any sort of airflow and high humidity is the killer.

Weather forecast was meant to be great for the next 5 days. Now the BBC website is reporting 12C max and rain most days from Monday onwards
