Annoying guy hassling my girlfriend

TBH being older and wiser, i would take him to the bar, buy him a drink and ask him what the issue is, then explain nice and polite, staying calm what your situation with this girl is. don't let him break in with "but...." or "yeah but" say your peace, ask him if he understands what you've said to him then pick up your beer and walk away. Pat him on the back before you leave and say "good man" so he thinks your a maniac.
 
Sounds like she's not telling you the full story.

If she's that serious about not wanting to be around him (at least when you're there) have her report him to the police who should issue him a harassment warning. Basically he's formally warned that his actions amount to harassment and liable to arrest if he continues. :)

She's one of those people who can't tell people to F off, i've talked about it with her before, she never wants to offend people and apologises all the time. But i've seen how angry he's made her and she's told him straight, he acts as if he's never been told and just waits till she's alone.

Next time you see him, ask him to get is wang out and call for a dong off. If he is larger in the dong department than you, you should hand over the prize.
 
Surely the only thing to do is stitch this guy up? Get your gf to play along, make him strip, perform a sexual act on himself or whatever. The point is the whole thing gets filmed and emailed round school/office/his mates etc.
