Now this is what i am talking about, ultimate power and performance, i would love to have to have these in my system right now, instant windows

i hope overclockers get them in stock or at least do a pre order with ocz

love the spec

read and write speeds of up to 540 MB/s and 490 MB/s, respectively. now this is true SSD

As I mentioned there, you may as well just raid a couple of vertexes on your onboard. Cheaper and It'd need to be capable of >600MB/s to outclass onboard and justify taking up a x4 slot.


Wont it be massively expensive though? Like £600+ ...
$450 for 120GB (which likely won't have the performance of the top end models) That works out as around £360 after VAT.
 
hmm, looked into it a little deeper and it's actually a couple of Sandforce controllers on it, not Indilinx, so it could be better value than I thought.
