Quick question for those in the know, I'm trying to use a Rom Manager and it's telling me I have to flash a recovery image, will this not overwrite the current rom I'm running?

Hmm Pays 1.5 rom the best currently then?

Cuchulain recovery image and rom image are 2 individual flashes, flashing a new recovery won't flash the OS rom :)

silly question, but how the hell do I look at files and stuff thats saved to my phone and sd card?

Also had a random issue, every few days the phone will not be able to connect or use the sd card, restarting the phone fixes the issue, original sd card, anyone any experience?

Can see [ROM] Pays-ROM Desire Sense v1.9 Dalvik+A2SD (RockSolid)+(BraveSoul UV+OC)[05/27/10] not 1.5?

Ah so it is!

Will check out which roms have the best features and go from there :p

I am 90% sure I'll be rooting tonight, will use Tiny Core Linux to do the rooting I think as a lot of Win7 x64 users reported ssues - unless r5 of modaco's root fixes this.

I used my work laptop to root that was x86 to be fair, are you going with 1.9 then K?

Rooted no problem on Win7 64, just make sure you plug it into one of your main USB ports instead of the front or a hub.

When adding new phone numbers, what option is everyone choosing?

The "SIM" option is good to make use of the SIM card but the disadvantage is that it can't store many details, whereas the "phone" (memory?) option can store a photo and plenty of details but I guess will take away space that could be used for other things.
