Cheers again mate, appreciate your feedback. When you say Poland has no allies to turn to, they are not allied with anyone at the moment, so does this matter? I've established Garrisons and MP which is definitely helping, but it really drains resources from elsewhere. I guess you could call it historically accuate!

I've only played an unmodded game in which attacking in 36 would be a bad idea :p

Perhaps GB\France host them anyway even if Poland is neutral?

Yeah well someone has because they've buggered off. A lot of people have said it's suicide to attack early, but it has worked out well for me. I've got the whole of Poland, my IC is 250+ and I've just annexed Austria and Lithuania in 1938. My empire is growing slowly. I'm able to research 33 tech items at once which is pretty cool and all my resources are in the green. I don't really know what to do next though. I think there's a fine line between expanding too quickly, and accumulating too many divisions at once.
 
How long is it half price? Im stuck at work/ my gf's till saturday morning and i have been waiting for it to drop in price for ages! :mad:
 
Getting reports now that Semper Fi is downloading on GamersGate now, and is playable once the download is completed.

I'm waiting for it on steam however :(

I sure hope the AI is half good, I've not touched singleplayer in ages.
 
Looks good but the most important question is has the game performance been improved much in the expansion?
 
Apparently it was out last night, unfortunately I wasn't in so not able to download it but I've got it downloaded now. But according to the forums it is a massive increase particularly for the AI.

Yes i have 1.4 but gave up playing because after 15-30min of play everything came to a crawl even though im playing it on a modest computer Q6600 3.0ghz, 4 gig ram , GTX260 etc.

Paradox are now saying that it wont be released on steam until tomorrow sometimes, as this works better for steam.

Should be £15, it is everywhere else. I'm hoping it will appear at about 3/4, isn't is usually when it's 9:00 am in the states? (eastern time?)
 
Will they do a sale for the two games do you think as i missed the last sale and it really annoyed me as it was only a couple of days and i really want this just not for 25quid plus 15 for expansion. :(
