My contacts troublescontinue, when I click msg people it shows all the people from face book. Yet my contacts are just showing my gmail one as they should

Basically:
- If a generic micro-usb charger is used its got to be 1A.
- If the HTC Official charger is used it will work fine.
- If a USB adaptor is used with the HTC data cable, then at some point the data lines must be linked to charge.
- If a USB adaptor is used with a generic/power micro-usb cable, then it should work fine.
 
I've rooted my phone and I can't seem to download any apps from the market, I know it is not related to my root cause I already had the problem the other day but is there anyway to fix it or just let it wait to start download forever?

Yes, your phone needs to be rooted first then just install the rom using rom manager, very easy.

I've actually just done mine and am in the process of restoring my apps.

Do I need the ROM Manager premium to be able to get Modaco Froyo because I could not find it in the list yesterday..

Also how do I partition my SD card to use A2SD?

being new to android, I don't like the notifications e.g. having to slide the notifications slider down, is there an app whereby I can get an e-mail icon on the homescreen which has a little number on it to indicate unread emails instead?

Massive bump on this, but the folder doesn't exist? Surely the built-in wallpapers are stored on the phone? The Sparta ROM only comes with the leaf one, I'm looking to add some more back in. When I choose a picture from my gallery, then pick out a section of it, it creates horrid pixelation.

If you put a shortcut to the HTC mail program on a homescreen it will display the number of unread emails on the icon. Not sure the Gmail one does this though as it doesn't on mine although I've seen it on someone elses but they may have been using a custom icon.

I know i'll get flamed but I prefer my homescreen to look like the iphones, just icons keeping it simple.
 
Has anyone kept a backup of the old version of the weather channel widget as the new one has lost a day from the forecast on the home screen (gone from 3 days to 2) and replaced the 3rd day with a weather network logo :(

Known issue... if you use handcent for messages, you can set it to only show contacts with phone numbers as a workaround

1.21.x? ... looks like it was pulled from OTA updates, (I had issues after installing it so reverted back, then found out how to address the issues but no longer have the new firmware listed. This has been asked at least 4-5 times on here so I assume it was pulled generally)

Thought it was only pulled for T-Mobile customers?

same for me also pdf viewer FC on me...

Also am I totally dumb or what, how can I see my contact list and, you know... make phone calls ? :confused:
I'm using Launcherpro
 
I had the LED stay on for me today too. Just plug it back in and back out again. It's a pain but an easy fix for now.

Not had the browser problem yet tho

Either open the phone and click the 3rd tab (contacts)

Or add the contacts app to the home screen?
