Kick the entire team out, get some players from the likes of stoke etc, and a few from the championship.
 
Eng actually made Algeria look like a good team, they were actually holding the ball and passing it up the pitch with confidence and composure, whereas Eng couldn't do that. Something is wrong there.
 
I would like to see how Capello deals with them in the dressing room...obviously the language barrier is a problem but I would be swearing and shouting at them in every language right now.

LOL agree with you....like i said Heskey would have been more effective as a defender really...hes just so utterly utterly useless and rubbish.
 
As an Irish fan I'm feeling more and more depressed. Between the embaressment of France and England I cannot understand how we are not there! Rooney looks injured imo. Lampard should be dropped.

Gerrard and Barry in the middle, Lennon and Cole on the wings. Looks like Dawson is a Cert for the next match but Gary Neville should be there in place of Johnson. Rooney and Crouch Up front.

Sir Alex would batter him senseless. It just seems to me that the Scottish legend is the only one who knows how to get the best out of Rooney - any other manager he's been under just don't know how the hell to play him.
 
After reading the comments on here about the game & the 'performance' I'm glad I cut the grass & front hedge outside, then had a shower afterwards. Much more productive & entertaining methinks. :p
 
The worst game in an England shirt I have ever seen from Gerrard, Rooney and Lampard!!! :confused:

Heskey clearly isnt a footballer and what does Joe Cole have to do to get on the field?? Has Capello caught him sleeping with his mum or something???? :p

I suppose we'd better start nominating our "second" teams about now. I've got a soft spot for Uruguay for some reason. Would like to see Forlan do well, maybe get the golden boot.
 
I think Beckham was the best player, at least he knew England played **** from the way he was reacting.
