I have called the rat line on some one before, I felt good about doing it as well.
The person involved got the benifits stopped but wasnt chased down for the stuff before as far as i know. Funny part was they were complaining to me and someone else about lossing out and when they left the other person told me that they had also called the rat line on them

People bragging about how much they can claim that they are not entitled to deserve everything they get.

Benefits are for people who need them and if it wasnt for all the people fiddling the system then the people who are really hard up would be able to be given more.
I dont mind paying tax for the less well off, I do mind paying for the lazy and work shy.

They do work though. One of them earns £50k and the other about £35k.

I cannot believe some of the posts here.
If you have evidence that some thieving scum is taking money from the government that they are not entitled to then yes - you "grass" them up big style.
No if's and no but's.
These people take from your hands and take from the hands of people who actually need this money.

It's not a matter of "who are they hurting" - they are simply stealing.
I really don't know what it is about this forum and some kind of sympathy for criminals, especially thieves.

Yes they can absolutely still get caught and charged or asked to pay the money back.

AFAIK even if they have stopped they can sill be held responsible for benefit fraud and asked to pay it back depending on their circumstances.
