I agree with VAT increase. VAT in the UK is far too low. Other EU countries are between 20% and 25%.

Reducing Corporation tax is good. Should bring a lot of companies to the UK, especially looking at rates in rest of Europe which are around 30%!

The tax-free personal allowance on income tax will be increased by £1,000 in April, giving 23 million people up to an extra £170 per year and taking 880,000 out of the tax system altogether, the chancellor says.

I'm not sure about the aeroplane tax, instead of the people on it - but it's hardly a massive thing. Seems a bit backwards, to me and I can only see ticket pricing increasing because of this. But all depends on what the levy will be I suppose.

Great budget though.

Only three countries in the EU had a VAT rate lower than ours (@ 17.5%).

Umm, this is the first time this lot have stolen from you. They're just trying to cover the hole from when the last lot stole from you and ****ed it up against the wall.

It seems aggressive, but most of what I heard seemed quite fair.
