Getting let to watch the football at work.

Not us. We've got all the necessary TV and PRS licensing to broadcast TV/Radio/Music/Video to our employees :)

And yes, it does cost a small fortune.

Bloody expensive isn't it. Last supermarket I worked in they could only play that crappy 'piped' music with no lyrics as thats all their licence allowed them to play and they wouldn't fork out for a proper licence..

Until we were told we'd be closing. Sod em :p

I'll check with my boss... Oh wait.

Actually all you tax payers pay my wages at the moment, can I watch the game? I'm going to anyway :p

How dare you have fun whilst claiming benefits!

It would never have been this way if Hitler had won the war

Sat at home watching football,my boss asked my workmate and i if we would like to come in early monday, and tuesday to make the time up in advance,we politely declined.
Boss closed the shutter doors at 2.00,and said, come on then, football will be on,and i want to watch it,haha.
Oh and the time will NOT be made up.

Let one of my guys have some lieu time for this afternoon, the rest are in and I'm listening to it on 5 Live on my phone. We're not allowed to stream it via the proxy, which is understandable but a bit of a bummer.

So pretty much all of the office is watching footy on two big lcds. I have no interest in football at all, i tried to watch it for a bit but i just got bored...
So im sitting here at my pc totally ignoring it. Thats ok isnt it?

College is showing it on a projector, or we could leave at 2:45 to watch the game at home.

My students hate me =P

I told them anyone caught watching it would be in serious trouble.

Then I gave in and let them listen to it on the radio provided a) they carried on with work and b) i couldn't hear it.

I'm turning into a softie =(

Well i'm paying the price for watching footy so will be in the office till gone 7 tonight. Well worth it though :)

Slightly disappointed that I was only person wearing an England shirt out of the 100 or so people I watched with....

Doing a consultancy course in work and they had on the agenda 3pm - 5pm England v Slovenia. Excellent!
