when did the iphone stop being a mobile phone ?

when having a think about this whole thing earlier i paid attention to how i hold my phone and not only do i cover the left bit with my palm but i cover the right bottom corner bit with my fingers while using my thumb to touch the screen

suppose i wont be holding it like that during calls but for 3g and wifi browsing i would be

think the bumpers look a bit naff too. certainly not a solution
 
Why do people think it's a problem for only left handed people.

I'm right handed and I use the phone in my left hand 90% of the time.

With touch screen phones I hold it in my left hand and use my right to navigate on it.

Not to mention holding a phone in my left hand so I use my right hand to write, type and use a mouse.
Hell even holding it in your right hand, you could still make both areas touch.

Also has no one noticed that if you hold it in the landscape position you'll still be bridging the two parts.

Seems like the iPhone4 is not able to function as a phone at all.
 
Good point there actually, I use my phone in both hands almost equally (I am right handed normally), depends on what I'm doing.
 
to be far I don't think any is a phone no more...look at the house phones what do they do? what they are supposed to and very well.


these are just all in one gadgets (its not a bad thing no were near)

I ve always seen the iphone as a ipod but with 3G and a phone bit (:p) oh and a camera

My house phone is a normal house phone. Like from the 80's.

You press the buttons to dial a number, the handset is attached to a curly cord aswell.

Not to mention it's baige.

thats because those phones are just that - phones.
multimedia phones are not only phones are they, so the comparison is silly :p

also, my wifes ipod has a camera
 
I didn't know about you cna get ipod attachments unless you ment nano...which is understandable for them :p

I meant, they are getting more like tablet PCs *cough iphone*
