Oh for ffs. Sod the England cursed I'm sodding cursed. As it went 2-0 up I with drew a tenner to stick on England and let the Betfair page load up.

29.

Then Upson scores and now the odds have fallen to ~7.

How are we not 4-0 down? They've smashed us to pieces, the defence has been disastrous, Johnson and Cole are completely absent. I think I'm closer to Ozil than Barry has been this match.

...an yet we have "scored" 2 goals  not sure where they came from really. Still we're in with a shout when going by the play this one could have been long over :)

Missed the first 20 mins and then switched on and saw Klose score. England defense look unbelievably sloppy. They seemed to have picked up their game in the second half (of that half :p). They need to get their thumbs of of their bums.
However, it seems Germany are playing much better overall.

The disallowed goal gives us an excuse to feel we were robbed when in all truth we just haven't been good enough.

That doesn't really matter, what does is the amount of goals that are scored, performances are not recorded, it is goals and England have had a valid goal disallowed.

How about...instead of everyone moaning about the ref not giving the goal....you should be moaning about how poor England are playing, goal or no goal, you are playing **** and you should be thank full it's only 2-1.

Nothing you can do about it now, so get over it, **** happens, hopefully mistakes like that won't happen again. The players are the only ones to blame, especially Terry, Rooney and Upson.

I know, ENgland are ****in terrible and don't deserve to go through.

Yes, it sucks, but if it happened the other way round there is no way the outcry on this board would be as bad.

As said, lets see how the game goes. If Germany win by 1 goal then, yes, its a bit unfair. If the players' heads go down because they feel robbed then thats THEIR fault. They should be professional enough to keep going even with setbacks.

Totally, Hansan summed it up perfectly. England could be five down.

You cannot use a disallowed goal as an excuse for this game, England have been atrocious so far.

We could definitely be a couple more goals down, but the situation is we're not, and we just about managed to hang on against that barrage.

You can surely see the difference between 'Could have been down more' but we're not, and a goal that was about at least a yard over the line and could have completely changed the game and the attitude.

Hopefully they'll come out completely fired up after seeing the replay of the disallowed goal and get another one.

And despite that poor performance, they managed to score two perfectly good goals. As many as Germany and as such deserve to be level at Half Time, regardless of how you see it.

Germany didn't cheat, the linesman/referee is to blame. Also blame goes to Sepp Blatter for being a complete Luddite and not allowing goal line technology. Shameful on FIFA's part.

It doesn't matter how good or poor you are, all that matters is how many times the ball ends up in the goals.

It should be 2 - 2.

England have been robbed, at this level it's getting absolutely bizzare that there isn't goal line technology, or even the use of video replays.
