I was teasing you. I'm not into the whole analysing replays thing so never save them.

Adz you're not the only one, pretty much no one is playing this at the moment, so you certainly won't be lagging behind at all. Nice weather and a very dry game means people have shifted over to other things for a bit.

I do wonder what will fill the gap between Sahara Fighter IV and MvC3 though.

Well Arth has formatted his PC and hasn't installed SF4 lol so thats my main game sessions finished right there, unless I grab a 360. Otherwise, I think I will just enjoy watching the games from high level tournys. :)

It could be the weather, it's too hot to stay indoors and play Streetfighter, I'm sure I'll be back...

Well, I just recently got it for the PS3, but I'm having a tough time of picking up any decent skills :p

So, I kinda got bored of it and will pick it up again in a few weeks after all the sporting events :)
 
Akuma's not execution heavy, even I can do the vast majority of his combo's (his important ones are things like: clk, clp, cmp, lk-tatsu, hp-DP which have no complex motions or 1 frame links) and I purposefully choose easy execution characters because I'm crap at execution.

Viper is very hard to use well though, I'll give you that.

Perhaps I was a little over general in my statement, sorry.

I'm also trying to learn stick at the same time, which makes things far harder on me.

Also, because of his low HP and my lack of experience I tend to get pwned. :p

My friend says I'm pretty good with setups and stuff, (just stuff I figured myself mind) but because I don't know how to fight against Honda, Balrog, El and so on it don't go well for me a lot of the time! :p

I don't mind, I don't have the intention to be good (I don't have the time or desire to dedicate myself to it). My friend regularly plays in London, writing a FAQ / Guide, and always playing though. So if I really wanted to improve, I guess I could. :)

Hmm, that was a bit of an essay...
 
Stick is very hard to learn, and Akuma is certainly not easy to use, but it's mostly down to setups and mind games rather than execution.

Your last 50 or so fight replays get saved automatically for your viewing pleasure. I don't watch my own replays either. I should, to get better, but i'd rather play instead of watching my own crap replays.


Funny, i'm the opposite with the weather. It gets too bloody hot to go outside for me. It's cooler indoors!
 
Won the Gamestation Super Street Fighter IV tourney, I played Balrog but ended up winning in the final as Akuma. Nailed EX loop multiple times and didn't miss any Akuma combos. :cool:

They let me have a pick of something in store for £25 or less, I ended up with Just Cause 2 on PC along with Guitar Hero 3 for 360 thrown in for free! All new too! I don't have a guitar hero controller though so shall be selling on the game. Was good fun. :)

I always seem to do well in our matches for some reason.

Right, who's coming to the London session this Wednesday? Got my PS3 with me this time instead of my 360 so we can play HDR/MvC2 if people get bored of Duplo fighter :p ;)
 
Not sure, since it was an actual prize at the end I'd have happily turtled during the Dee Jay match as Akuma since that's clearly the way to win it. :)

I thought we was pretty even when it came to Akuma vs Rog!
 
Really? I remember them being close games but I never remember losing any. I always seem to have close games as Balrog though and often pull through.

We need to play a "serious" set of games then.

Pretty sure I beat your Rog a few times as Akuma! I can't really remember too well though to be honest!

Good stuff :) how many man tourny was it? Any videos of the final or any of your other games?
