Because you will so regret not kissing your mother

Of course you will, it's a sign that you love your mum, you will always regret never showing your parents how much you love them once they've are gone, even if you tell them every day, there is/was always something more you could do.

It's a kiss on the cheek, it's not like you are sticking your tongue in her mouth or honking her boobs!

I dont get on well enough with my Mam to speak to her most of the time never mind a kiss or hug.

Never understood why people would want to kiss their parents, at least when older than the age of 7 anyways.

I live away from both of my parents and have no problems in kissing them on the cheek when I see them.

I used to kiss my Mum every day even when I lived at home. They're my parents and I see no problem with it at all.

Wait a second, people actually kiss their parents?

If you're a 'mummies boy' then I can understand but kissing you pops is wrong on so many levels.

I'm guessing you had a troubled child hood, did she beat you? its okay let it out!

Personally I don't think its wrong :)

Always a kiss and hug for my mum. Normally a man hug for dad. Kiss and hug for little sis.

Me and the wife have a 8month old son and kisses are always free flying when I take him over!

Live away (not far tho, its a once a week distance) from them. Little sis still lives with them.

Nope, sort of live with the rents but I try to avoid going back there as much as possible.
Likewise try and avoid my horrible judgemental bloodsucking parents and much as possible.

I don't live with my parents. See them every week or other week.

Kiss my mum on the cheek and hug for hello & goodbye.

Give the old man a "man hug" with big pats on the back for hello and goodbye.

Only on special occasions and on the cheek (face!).

Oh, and where is the Pancake option? call this an OcUK poll? *tuts*

I live with my parents, so no, I don't. At 19, I am still too young to kiss them, but not young enough to still kiss them.

Kiss my mum, hug my dad. I have a brilliant relationship with my folks, they're my closest friends as well as my parents. Only see them about twice a year so I make the most of it, they're not gonna be around forever.

Hey, thanks for all the reply's so far, the poll is fairly even...
I did not create the poll so forgive the MUMMY!,

I really do not see the problem in a Peck on mums cheek, i really don't, i shake my dads hand on special occasions n that, but never hug or kiss him.

PS! we cant see who voted what... please be HONEST!
