So they have decided on a name from its LRX concept name and it was launched last night with its new names and Victoria Beckham.

Still its nice to see it launched now and most responses seem suprised its still so similar to the concept. It doesnt look quite so fresh and new to me now as I saw it 2.5 years ago, but still looks a rather impressive car.

Where are the rest of the doors?

/edit

Oh, it appears to be a baby Range Rover, amirite?

Its the baby Range Rover, so sits around a simliar area as the Disco.

There is a 5 door version aswell, projections are based on 1:10 ratio between the 3 door 'coupe' and 5 door.

Pricing around £35k but the spec lists are pretty comprehensive as standard. Just a shame it was decided not to keep with the 3.2 Inline 6 as used in Freelander, launch engines are 2.2 Diesel and 2.0 Petrol turbo.

I am excited by this, I wanted to get a RR sport in the future but for a single person that is probably too big, maybe this fits the bill. It did look really quite small on the video though.

It looks NOTHING like the Q7.

is it really smaller than a freelander? if so, that would make it of no interest to me too

Yep, smaller rear end, along with much less rear visibility :p

You have to kind of look at this car as the Land Rover version of the Aston Cygnet.

Inertia is designed by Victoria Beckham isn't it?

Interior?

No.

She will be helping on a special edition, which will be pretty much fabric choice and colour selection, proper pencil fairy stuff which I guess I'd like to see any recognition of her 'design' input ending.
