*** The all new iPhone 4 thread - Keep all iPhone 4 stuff in here ***

I currently have an O2 simplicity 20 which I'll be using in my iphone4, how do I go about changing this to a microsim? Just take a print out of my apple order to an O2 store and they will do everything there?

Go to local o2 store, making sure you have your order confirmation email printed out. Ask the nice man for a micro sim and give him details from the print out.

Receive sim, then use the o2 online service to transfer to micro sim which will likely take five minutes to activate and allow you to use new sim.

Ah thanks, so my old sim will be active until I do the whole transfer thing?

Are Apple supplying the Apple stores the majority of stock, before supplying the mobile phone carriers? I placed an order through Apple store, it says 3 weeks. On my account it shows as 20th July dispatch for a 27th July delivery!

I ordered a 32GB yesterday on Vodafone. Got an email yesterday saying it had been despatched! Was amazed!
Does anyone know whether Vodafone's courier deliver on Saturdays? Or is it more realistic that I should expect it on Monday?

New customer? That is fast.

I'm expecting Orange to sort me out tomorrow or Monday, otherwise I'll be on the phone telling them I'm going to Vodafone to speed them up :p

Yep, I'm actually astonished by the speed in which an apparent "back-order" was despatched!

I was originally going with Orange, as I'm a long-term customer with them. Long story short, I was messed around by their customer services and, bizarrely, ended up being sent a 3GS on the 24th. I just thought bugger it, sent the phone back, cancelled the contract and after weighing up my options for a week, went with Vodafone.

I hope you have better luck with Orange than I did! But if not, Vodafone have highly impressed me so far with their prices, service and communication. Can always go with them if need be! :D

Well, I would consider Vodafone but around where I live they have an awful signal, and I've been messed around by them more times than I care to remember :p

I'm sure Orange will sort me out, seems that the stock issues are being sorted by most companies this weekend :)

Just popped in to Westfield and they had a ton of bumpers. Hadn't intended on getting one but for some reason I did! As I said before though the phone looks so much better without so not sure how long it'll stay on for!!

Yeah, I keep looking at mine and wondering if I like the bumper or not. Maybe it'll be nicer with a white one. I'm just wary of it having no protection whatsoever.

Will Apple take these things back bearing in mind you have to destroy the packaging to get into it?
