***FIFA 10 PS3 World Cup***

Got a ps3 today with this game not joining in yet though I'd only get spanked as i am too used to pes 2010 on pc.
This had better not have that "floaty" feel of fifa 09.

Is it me or does online feel weird sometimes ? like the ai is helping a player get the ball back and making your passes go astray ?
Loving the game but I get thumped sometimes it's mainly people using portugal and ronaldo seems impossible to catch him.
Finding the trick system utterly non intuitive says press r analogue stick left or right to side step and nothing happens don't get it.

Best football game ever made by miles just wish I could do the tricks.

I've only seen you playing the official World Cup game, this thread is for Fifa 10 not the 2010 World Cup game. :) Just a little fyi.

Don't worry about the tricks, they're virtually pointless unless you want to just show off when in acres of space with nobody around you. There's one or two things which come in handy, the hard stop by pressing L1 can sometimes help, the fake shot can help as well, it let's you turn quite fast, to do that you need to power up a shot and quickly press X before the shot is taken, at the same time as pressing X you will need to press a direction in which you want to fake shot. There should be some tutorials in the options somewhere that explain these things to you. They're definitely in Fifa 10 but for the World Cup game I'm not sure.

FIFA 10 PS3 World Cup is this threads title ? I thought this was for 2010 fifa world cup game ? I see this is for fifa 10.
 
does it really matter ? I think people in this thread probably have 2010 fifa world cup.It is after all considered superior to fifa 10 in terms of animations and gameplay.
