FIRST UK STOCK - COOLERMASTER HAF X FULL TOWER CHASSIS

So are people just adding a single LED fan or purachsing two and replacing the factory default?

I can only find LED 200mm Megaflows for sale.

Coolermasters online shop in the netherlands will sell you 200mm non led fans that are the same spec as the megaflows.

If you are installing these two on top, I had to use the four screws from the original top fan, two screws on each of the new fans. This was because they require slightly longer screws. The fans are secure enough though with just two screws. ;) ... unless of course you have extra screws :D

Hi there, I get your point and did realise I did not have enough as you say, fortunately I had some spare that I had saved from old pc parts:)

Does any one have comparison pics of Haf X and Haf 932 side by side? I want to see how they compare against each other physically. I tried finding on the net but couldn't.

re:

I did see a pic somewhere that showed the HAF X was slightly taller by a fraction.

Does anyone think it may be worth replacing the 3 x 200mm fans with the HAF-X with these for more quietness and better performance :-

http://www.xigmatek.com/product.php?productid=87&type=specification

and the 140mm with one of these :-

http://www.noiseblocker.de/en/produkt_luefter_nb-blacksilentfan-xk2.php

the cost would be £65

I dont know, I might be wrong :(, but I have been looking around for with the greatest C.F.M which the Coolermaster MegaFlow fans have (110), I also look for noise levels <20dB/a.

At the rear I am using a Noctua NF-P14 FLX which is working well.

gareth170,
Nice rig, lots of cables :D, I have recently bought a few of the NZXT pre-braided cables to clean up and cut down on the amount of cables needed. I had a lot of molex-fan adapters, which took up a lot of space.

Do you find a difference in temperature between having the CPU cooler vertical and horizontal?

i guess the pictures makes it look like theres a lot of cables inside the case but tbh theres only about 6 cables that i couldn't be routed behind the tray because the side door wouldn't close, lol. i guess thats the downfall of having a lot of hardware.

my CPU cooler can only be mounted one way.
