It's called a level playing field, that and a console is generally designed to be used in a lounge environment, not at a desk. I'm sure if Microsoft wanted to implement it they could at the click of a finger, but they don't.

Really, if it winds you up so much why not just play on PC? If all your mates are playing on XBL (with pads) then why is it such a ball-ache for you? Do one or two extra kills per match really matter?

I, personally, much prefer using a pad these days for gaming (although admittedly that is probably because I use a mouse and keyboard all day at work), but then gaming is a form of entertainment to me these days not some ultra-competetive twitch fest that a lot of multiplayer PC games seem to be.

Im not very good at playing MW2 on PC, So i'll just use trainers. Makes me comfy :)

Keyboard and mouse vs Controller should not happen. Regardless of if it exists, regardless of if you're unbias, regardless of linky.

its High DPI hardware vs Control pads. It's stupid, And in games where there's no balance implimented, its cheating.

Shadowrun has been balanced. using a hack to make unbalanced games work is giving an unfair advantage to the Keyboard and mouse users. And so cheating

Yes it is. The developer released those games with balance. for keyboard and mouse vs Gamepad. If you're playing a game thats got no balance but is using a mod, then you're cheating. How is that hard to understand? You're making the game do something its not supposed to on a console.
 
that info tells me ms let it lie low ......... they havnt stopped the xbox keyboard/mouse part as they are hoping it takes off and can then start this again . as in all good companies you keep your options open.

ms did the same thing with its digital downloads and hd-dvd support ... personally id have like teh hd-dvd drive in the console ( which i think would have killed blu-ray before it started ).

while its not officially supporting the keyboard mouse option ... its not blocking it either...hoping it takes off .. and can then bring back the pc support

Cannot understand your thought process here.

If they wanted it to take off......they would release an official peripheral and get software companies to support it. Thus making them a load of money instead of seeing it go to a third party dev.


But as they haven't done this....they are NOT supporting it.
 
How are they paying MS money? It's unlicensed is it not?

And even if they were...it would be a fraction of the money that MS would get if they made it themselves.

What? The project has been killed, that is not "letting it lie low". It's been three years since Shadow run and nobody has attempted it since. For good reason.

Sounds to me like the OP sucks at PC gaming (probably got VAC banned on steam for wallhacking or the like) and just wants an unfair advantage on the console because he has also discovered that he sucks at console gaming too.
The admission of sucking is the first step on the road to recovery.
