I thought something like a graphics card is covered by a warranty longer than a year even if the dealer you buy it from only provides one year?

The single slot bracket is a really nice touch and bear in mind this is not an asus product (i'm guessing here but thats my understanding), ocuk put the cooler on themselves (can be a good or bad thing depending on if you like mounting your own blocks). If you fit the block yourself and something goes wrong your in the hands of the asus rma process if you refit the air cooler, at least with this the block is fitted and you still have warranty. Only alternative is the evga hydro at £100 more it does offer a lifetime warranty though.

There are cards available that you can remove the cooler from without voiding the warranty that is longer than 1 year.

Anyone that buys this should know the single slot bracket is only recommended for blocks that weigh 0.7kg or less (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-076-EK). The ek 480 blocks weigh 950g (http://81.90.180.2/ekwaterblocks/shop/EK-PSS/EK-PSS-3831109830147.pdf) so you'll need to use extra support.

I would also like to remind everyone. The Watercooled card has 1 year warranty with us however the card by itself has a 3 year warranty as we are able to re-fit the cooler for the Asus RMA process.
