Toy Story 3.

Welcome back

surly Buzz Aldrin does not need an ID badge, who does not know of this great man, same applies to Neil Armstrong

Went to see it Thursday with mates, we're not the oldest but at 17 we still found it entertaining and funny.

Why did everyone enjoy it so much???

Because it was entertaining.

Went this Wednesday last and it was worth watching, but I guess it's been mentioned that it doesn't really gain anything from being in 3D. However, the advert for Step Up 3 worked well - not really my type of film, but I'll probably go along to see that because my cinema buddy loves em and she picks most of the films we watch.

I didn't think the film itself was as good as I expected. Not that I was expecting a masterpiece, but I love those animated films for the most part, and it didn't rate highly against the likes of Shrek (haven't seen the 4th one yet, though), How To Train Your Dragon, Finding Nemo etc etc. I just didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would.

Loved it, went with the missus to the brumy imax. To echo previous comments, i cant say stereoscope added anything to movie. (I still refuse to refer to this technology as '3d'; like hell it is)

I went in worried they would mess it up, but John Lasseter remains true to form. Tons of great moments, good script, beautifully shot and the right mix of laugh-out-loud happy and end-of-an-era sad.

*applaud*

I found it funny in places, way too dark for a child to understand. Certainly nowhere near as great as people are making out imo. Found myself clock watching with never normally happens with pixar films (and didn't when I went to watch shrek last week) The clown was excellent as was the baby though.

Well, I don't know how Pixar keep on doing this...But it was yet again, a masterpiece. I can't remember I've seen such a tear jerker, certainly not for a very long time. :(

Mild SPOILERS:

The tear jerker moments for me were when You've Got a Friend in Me started, and the montage began.

When Lotso got replaced, the look on the face of Chuckles when he gets told by Lotso that he's been forgotten also...It was too much. :(

The part where they were sliding down into the smelting pit had me.

Also, the part where Andy didn't want to hand Woody over, but did...

This goes without saying, but the short before the feature was absolutely spectacular, the concept, the animation, everything was just beautiful.

Enjoyed the film. Not seen a 3D movie before so i thought it was rather cool :) £10.55 for the ticket, £2 more for 3D then normal and £1 for glasses unless you have a set.

Film itself was good, didn't know what was going to happen at some points and a few good laughs. "The claw" :p

Couldn't say if i prefer it then the first two really. Glad it ended well. Never good at 'reviewing films' especially when can't mention moments so ;)

I was amazed, i was trying to think when the last time i went to the cinema was.. it was when Fast and Furious 4 came out haha

This got a 99% rating on rotten tomatoes. I have never seen a review that high on there before. Didn't think one existed as they are generally quite critical on there.
