your mixing up ethnicity and race

It is not unfair to argure that the majority of the people in newham are of Bristish Asian descent, and outnumber White people, in fact the stats speak for themselves.

Oh and yes is is ok to use the term British Asian or even Asian on is own, god forbid.

This country is super rich, they come from poor countries to better their lives, I'm sure most people know you can come here and work to get a better life, or jsut get a free house, health care and jsut start breading...

Ilford is a ****hole mate...ive lived here for nearly 16 yrs or so...when i first moved here it was full of jewish people and my street had around 3 asian families in total...it was a very nice place actually and i quite liked the area. Then the jewish lot moved to golders green or other areas and we ended up getting the riff raff from East Ham and those crappy areas.

Tbh i try and avoid going into ilford as much as possible...i only go if i really really need to as your right its just full of little black/asian kids trying to be all gangsta...plus the crime rate has increased by quite a bit...i have police cars bombing up and down my road quite a lot and thats in the middle of the night as well...its very annoying.

Anyhow i dont know how long you have been in ilford ie was it for a few hrs or for a few days but i can tell you this for a FACT...there are far more 'white' people in Ilford than there are ethnics...i should know ive lived in ilford long enough lol....but its still a ****hole in all honesty:p
 
Yep Its a dump for sure, getting off the train at Ilford is like a trip to the asian-congo.

So many eastern europeans too.

You ever been to Dagenham heathway? Looks like Zululand too now.

Its crazy how the parts of London i grew up in have changed so much culturaly.

Peckham is and was and will forever will be a **** hole still too
 
The area is white free because the white people couldn't handle intermixing so moved away or emmigrated. This could be facetious a comment... hm.
 
I lived in ilford for a long time.

Im asian.

10 years ish ago it was not such an asian area it was more a white area but over time its changed.

I love in Ippswich now and i never see any asians around here.

Oh sure, maybe not the OP, but it's turning up now. That being said, most 'racism' in this country would be better described as xenophobia, but that's not much better.

Majority of people who moved in the 50s and 60s probably wouldnt have had a lot of money, its very unlikely the majority would have been able to afford anything other then small terraced inner city housing. Infact a number of families would have lived in the same house or individuals shared with friends or people they knew. Just imagine coming to a new country for the first time, left everything you know behind, your naturally going to live with or as close by as possible to people you know or at the very least speak the same language. OP its not a racist question at all, so you shouldnt even be defending yourself or the question. As those people saying "stole our jobs"...ignorant, lazy and probably living of the state and blaming immigrants...
