New hotmail rolled out

I don't really use any of its advanced features to start with, so i haven't noticed a difference there.

I don't like the lay out because it means I actually have to look for things instead of being used to it. Also, the page overall doesn't look as good as it did.

I'll live when I get used to it :)

I preferred the old layout, it's now so cluttered that I've set up a Gmail account which I can fully use in Mail for Mac, unlike Windows Live Mail accounts which only let me receive mail and not send.

Found my first flaw in the updated site.

I can't download images attached to emails, i can see the thumbnails but clicking the images or "download attachments" just makes the body of the email flicker a few times and then do nothing.

Ever so useful (i'd even got used to the "...could not complete this function/request" that every click of the delete button produced.)

In other news, new Gmail rolled out minutes ago. My gmail just refreshed and it's all new!

It's awful. Why don't Google ASK people before forcing new UIs on it's users? I don't use the contacts or task managers, also I'm quite happy with how I compose a fresh mail - don't need a big doofy button.

Seems a lot of Google's users feel the same way as well if the Groups are anything to go by.

I use Tasks and the Contacts management is used daily (Android phone syncs via both :p) so I, along with other likewise users, use those features most often!
