Accidentally formatted USB drive

OK, here's what happened.

I was installing Windows and accidentally wiped and formatted a 2GB Corsair pen drive. Now, whenever I try to access it, it says 'Please insert a disk into removable disk (H)'. I'm guessing that when i made the mistake of formatting the USB stick, it was formatting as NTFS.

I've tried to format it (should be FAT32?) in Windows but it says 'Windows was unable to complete the format'. It's not recognising it at all.

Any ideas? I'm not bothered about what was on it. I just need it working as a USB drive again.
