I'm getting increasingly tempted to pop over for a day out, but I can't stand awkward, geeky forum silences - can someone assure me these meets aren't like this?

When I turned up to my 1st meet (this one but 2 years ago), I got out the car and said hello to the 2 people standing nearby, not a word out of either of them. That said it quickly turned out that the majority of the people on that list have the ability to speak.
Oh and Fox is surprisingly normal, and young looking.
i'll let you guys look at my shoe collection, it's much more interesting
