when you think about the concept of Heaven well one of the key concepts being that you spend eternity happy. It would do your bonce in after a few thousand years of hapiness.
You need to have certain periods of unhapiness so as to truly know what Hapiness is.

I would like to live my life (especially when I am old) to think that there is a better place, but in reality there almost certainly isn't.
There is no superpower watching over me and when I die that is it- all done and gone.
May be I should believe in a better place and then go into a public place and blow myself up........oh wait....hang on a sec - I see where this is going!!111
Oh yeah... forgot to add. Heaven and Hell are essentially just different ways of experiencing the same thing: the presence of God. If you've been made compatible with him by Christ the experience will be wonderful. If you remain incompatible the experience will be terrible.

I dont believe in heaven nor hell. I believe that we are born, that there is no grand plan for us, no mystical purpose for our existence , we live and then die, just like every other animal and plant on the planet, that's all we are, just another animal.
I'm pretty sure most people already witnessed this happen themselves...

A Christian friend of mine described 'heaven' as being with, and worshiping 'God' for all eternity. So it's a church service that never ever ends? Ever. 
At least the Muslims throw in some virgins.

If the Description of Santa Claus is someone in a red outfit that makes you happy on xmass eve then yes
The way I've understood it is that heaven is outside this universe and thus outside time. As such, you can't get bored, as there is no perceptible passage of time.
The Bible says that those who are "incompatible" are cast into hell, where God is manifestly not. Besides, God can't have unholy people in his presence, so unwashed sinners wouldn't be able to get near him for him to punish them.
It's an... interpretation... of certain parts of the Christian understanding of things.
