Patriot ps-100 64gb problem

I just bought one of these here on overclockers. I went to install windows on it today and it says the drive size is 0mb?

Am i missing doing something for it to show the 64gb or do i have a faulty drive i need to rma?

Format it before you try to use it, then create a partition yo

It wont let me gives some kind of error. I tried using partition software and still no luck.
I think its faulty, ive raised an rma anyway with overclockers.
