it's about compatibility. you know the date you go on or the relationship you have with someone that you end really disliking them because of a certain thing they do; be it on the high to low scale with high being knocking someone around low being snoring. do you think you have or are with someone who has been ''that person'' or are you ''that person''?
what i mean by that is, say you went on a date and made a very bad impression, let's say you wore an item of clothing he or she found totally off putting or they had a really annoying laugh and didn't pursue anything further in terms of a relationship purely because of that?
is it a bad idea to totally write something off because of that or will you know if it's right, when it's right? sounds simple i suppose but i'm sure there's lot of instances where something has come from something that could quite easily have been written off if no second chance had been taken?
