***Official***Smashing Southern Meet (Hampshire Meet Mk V)

No idea, somebody said it was 'Saytan's car :p

Good idea, its letting down what could be a really great car. Get your steering wheel refurbished as well, £99 and worth every penny. You should have had a look at mine, I have the same wheel as you but mine looks brand new, all for 99 quid :)

i was in somerset with my parents, who rather rudely decided this would be one of the 3 weekends a year they were in the country...

mine's the silver clubsport of not-being-estoril fail

Yea, I saw what was happening though luckily, there was smoke coming off your tyres/brakes as you locked up I think, when you swerved towards the hedge I thought you were going to end up in the field tbh ...I was already slowing down so I was able to stop without any drama thankfully, as was MisChief behind me.

Were you daydreaming or something when the car in front of you was signalling to turn? :p

I really don't know what happened.
I wasn't speeding. I was going around the bend, saw a car up front slowing down, so I slowed down, and then all of a sudden I lost grip!

that sounds good, where did you get that done?

Sounds/looks like it was quite a good one good stuff!

Sadly I was unable to come to this one, this month being Ramadan I tend to spend time with family and relatives on weekends during these 4 weeks but it appears some people are a bit inconsiderate regarding this sort of thing...shame.

Perhaps next time eh.

Why do you think it is inconsiderate? ...I would say it's not at all, Ramadan doesn't mean anything to the vast majority of the people who go to OcUK meets, there are always people who can't attend for one reason or another. As long as the majority are happy with it, then it goes on. In this case it was you who couldn't attend because you wanted to participate in Ramadan, which is fair enough ...but the other 20 odd people are hardly going to move the meet because of it.

We wouldn't hold a meet on Christmas Day I know, but that's because it would impact the vast majority of attendees, there would be 2 or 3 people there probably :p

His panties are all bunched up because some people dared to suggest that he always looks for excuses to duck out of meets when he lives so close to them... despite being otherwise quite an active member and expressing regular interest in said meets.
