All B&J scoop shops basically used to have constant running water to wash the scoops and someone worked out that they were wasting a gazillion gallons of water every day and that it was an ecological travesty....... so they stopped.

By the way it looks like it might just be a typo on the website, its most likely supposed to be 30th september 2010 rather than 2001, seems a reasonably sensible timeframe to get more in stock

Possibly but I'm still not sure they will ship outside the US!
