No, but they can advise on how a car feels, try and sell the car rather than simple stats that can be got online easily.

Nothing at all wrong with the kid talking people through the features on the car if he knows them, i'd imagine 90% of people would want to know them anyway and probably wouldn't have done significant online research prior to turning up at the Vauxhall dealership.
